Native Barre was created by, Bridget C. Wilson in 2011. She dramatically changed her own body following this method and went on to integrate her background as a competitive figure skater and ballet dancer along with the method to create a full body work out.
Native Barre is a 75 minute class set to an amazing playlist that challenges each person in a very individual way. It is the fastest and most effective way to change the shape of your body and build a stronger mind body connection. Using small isometric muscle burning movements followed by deep and intense stretching, Native Barre with take inches off your seat and waist, tone and sculpt your thighs, arms, abs, and back, increase your flexibility, and give you the lines and posture of a ballerina.
Classes are attended on a drop in basis. Wear yoga attire.
